Disgusting CS from @OfficialFV ordered a new mattress from them, with an estimated delivery date of today. No updates, phone line has no option to discuss missing orders and staff hang up, transfer you to closed lines, say someone will contact you but don’t… I’m at a loss

@British_Airways non-existent customer services as always, friend couldn't travel as super hi BP, told she could be rebooked once a Dr had signed her off. 3 days after providing the Dr's letter, BA still hasn't "verified" the letter and she is stuck. Disgusting as always
