(3) Now I would advise people to try other airlines first. @lufthansa just doesn't really put their customer service first. But in all fairness I guess there aren't many airlines that do.. I wish we could've found a better solution for travelling to my sister-in-laws wedding :(

(1) I now understand why people dislike dealing with airlines. @lufthansa has been miserable to deal with for the past month. I had a request after our whole flight had been changed and they just bounced me around from place to place with no one acknowledging my question.

(2) At this point I don't care about my original question. I am just so displeased with @lufthansa's service. Their teams don't seem to have any empathy for their passengers and they definitely don't want to try to help you. Very disappointing. I used to recommend this airline
