@EE On Tuesday, I refused the delivery. However it for some reason came back again on thursday, and I refused delivery again assuming it should make it's way to you. I have had someone answer on Facebook, asking me to PM them. Am waiting for them to respond over there also

@EE why is it that a week after I upgraded I still do not have my phone. 2 wrong phones sent out. Paying new price plan I assume as I cannot upgrade again until you receive the wrong phone back! Customer service to loyal customers is not very good!
