@reach_vb Hey brother; you guys reinstated my account but not my PRO status; losing both the rate limit multipliers my account had previously applied. It’s upsetting to have my account reinstated but to lose something tangible in the process. Could I get some help? Who should I reach to?

@OpenAI Hey guys?? Seems like when you reactivated my account after the issue everyone experienced last night you removed my MAX/Pro sub. As a result probably also losing me my 10x rate limits and the 2x rate limit multiplier I got ontop of that when registering.
Please resolve

I was not using the account at the time; really I hadn’t used it all day.

Any ideas? Any help? This is my daily driver for a few different things and I’m a power user, 9+ billion tokens spent in a month or so.

@OpenAI can I get some help around why my max account was slapped for ToS breach last night?? I’ve never breached ToS, I’m TAC verified; all my disclosures have never been made public, and all of them were done by giving 5.5 the ROE and scope: and asking it if it was comfortable

@can At a certain point you just stop submitting the reports and going for NON-AI bugs because it’s an easier bounty. It sucks ass to spend a week hand crafting an approach an IPI to sandbox break approach, just to get told AI vulns aren’t in scope or to get your bug patched no reward

@can It was. Unfortunately I’ve submitted a metric assload of vulnerability disclosures for AI and Model and IPI with jail break bugs; but companies really don’t take them seriously yet. I’m sure a ton of people reported this vulnerability before it was known about.

I take a ton of photos of my kids, and they are on my phone and in a cloud. But in the future, won't I just tell a model "generate a photo from my son's 7th birthday" and it'll be just as good?
