At 2:10 AM, an operational petrol pump of @IndianOilcl refused to provide me fuel because the on-duty staff was feeling a bit lazy. Shame on owner.

@onsitego your team has been trying to resolve my @HitachiAC_GB AC cooling issue since 10th June. I have lost faith in Hitachi as onsitego was recommended to me by their authorised showroom & i will make sure i never buy from any brand that sells Onsitego as service partners.

@Hitachicool_GB Haven’t heard back from @Hitachicool_GB team. And their authorised seller in lajpat nagar recommended service partner @onsitego. The service team provided worst quality of service. The part that they fixed while assembling outer unit bloody fell down! Shame on you guys!

@onsitego team, Your engineers have turned my @Hitachicool_GB AC to an air cooler that blows dry-cold air but is not capable of cooling the room even after an overnight operation. Was product faulty or was it technician? I don’t have any reason to re-buy from either of you.

Will you get my device replaced? Will you pay for my hotel? Or compensate for harassment i faced through suffering in hot weather. Here is complaint number. Tell me your action.
