He does not know if it was stolen, because no one including the governor, the GPI, or the FBI, has investigated every allegation of fraud, and every impropriety reported.

There were thousands of affidavits given to the governors office that were ignored. What about the drop box drop offs? What about the data from the Secretary of States Office that raised serious questions?

There were overwhelming allegations of fraud, and improprieties that were never officially investigated yet people like Pence and others continue to say there was no fraud. How would he even know?
