@IRSnews So, why am I being charged interest and penalties when I'm owed a refund, and the status shows unprocessed 22 weeks later. It was confirmed received prior to the tax date. I try to call per tue website, and everytime I do, it states you are closed, no matter the time of day.

@Verizon how's it that you can "blacklist a phone that hasn't been w/Verizon for over 3yrs? It was sold by someone else, cleared by Verizon & moved to StraightTalk 3 yrs ago! Won't take responsibility that maybe someone keyed in the wrong IMEI number, but now it's affecting us!

@Tracfone I've had an open ticket since Sept! Every time I have to explain myself again, you guys say the same thing, I don't know why it hasn't shipped", let's escalate. The next call back then states nothing was notated about escalating' 5x's now! Send me my $$$ or a better model phone!
