I had booked 11097 Pune–Ernakulam Poorna Express from Udupi to Ernakulam today (May 3), scheduled to arrive at 5:30 PM.
As usual, Indian Railways is not on time. The train has been diverted from Pune to Madgaon via another route.

What kind of service is this? This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for passengers.

and we are not able to track it properly using this tracking system. Now it’s delayed by more than 7 hours with no proper updates or clarity.

We can’t book alternative trains because they show as unavailable, and we won’t even get a full refund if we cancel.

🚨 Extremely Poor Experience with @airarabiagroup 🚨

Today (Jan 18), I had a return connecting flight from Tbilisi to Kochi via Sharjah.
Flight G9295 was scheduled at 5:25 PM (Georgian time) and got delayed by 1.5 hours due to snowfall — understandable.
