Attaching last mail from Boldfit asking for time to process refund ..it's been since Jul that we are chasing for replacement or refund of faulty product and are yet to get any.. yet to get anything...

#boldfit looking at your advt campaigns probably anybody would feel good about product. Can you also make a good advt about yourself on after sales service?
For a simple swimsuit replacement..I have been trying since Jul'25 and yet get the same! Any possibility?

#boldfit swimming costumes ... Possibly the worst products and after sales service ..equal in comparison with the products...!!
It's been over a month that we are trying to close something as petty as providing repairs, replacement of a product under warranty ...!!
