What a different world it was back then!
Seasons come and go. Time marches on. People change. Circumstances shift. Life unfolds in ways we could never fully predict.
May we hold fast to what is good. May we hold on to one another. And may we keep showing up, taking the next step, and moving forward with grace and courage.
Happy June 2026. ππΎ

A Rich man is a man with land not an iPhone 17 and second hand Subaru making noise for us on the express highway.

I think every high school should have highlight reels for major events. This makes it easy for anniversary documentaries to be documented as there is previous footage. Even regular photography seems to be an issue, l wonder why π€?
Everytime am reading the book of Exodus in the Bible, my mind takes me back to 'The 10 Commandments' movie. I wonder how they pulled off such effects when there wasn't CGI and all this technology at the time. The movie was very well done in my opinion.
If your mood is low try the following
1. Get enough sleep - target at least 8 hours
2. Regular moderate-intensity exercises - release endorphins (feel-good chemicals)
3. Drink enough water
4. Mood-boosting foods - avocado, banana, dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, berries
5. Get sunlight exposure
6. Practice gratitude regularly
7. Take a mood boosting supplement that has nutrients like Magnesium glycinate, 5HTP, Vitamin D, zinc and B vitamins to help your brain make feel-good chemicals and balance mood

I would like to know, if there are organisations that give their employees insurance that includes their parents....not specific to spouse and children? Also what would this type of insurance be called?
