Structural Engineer, Sustainablily Enthusiast, Marketing is my hobby, Masseur ,I make things happen,i love agriculture like kilode,Agro-prenuer @sorghumealla
One of the Major issues in the Built industry bad or substandard Building Materials.
Structural Engineers and Contractors should have an SOP to checkmate this sort of Naughtiness by Vendors in batches in the fastest possible time , or you'll be ripped and regret might come ..
A post was made few days ago about China allowing Nigerians to export cow bones duty-freeā¦
And immediately business conversations started everywhere.
Some people were laughing.
Some were asking:
āWetin Chinese wan use cow bone do?ā š
Others were shouting:
āTell them to come and build a factory in Nigeria!ā
And I just dey look am because this is EXACTLY what Iāve been saying about exportation opportunities Nigerians ignore.
See ehnā¦
One country is looking at cow bones and seeing:
⢠fertilizer
⢠animal feed
⢠pharmaceuticals
⢠water purification
⢠gelatin production
⢠industrial raw materials
Another country is looking at the same cow bone and seeing:
āAboki don throw waste.ā
Na mindset and industrialization dey separate poor countries from wealthy ones.
The painful part?
Many Nigerians still think exportation is only about crude oil or big containers.
Meanwhile thereās money quietly hiding inside agricultural āwasteā we overlook every day.
Cow bone.
Cassava peel.
Cocoa husk.
Palm kernel shell.
Rice husk.
Even poultry dung sefā¦
One thing we donāt struggle to sell for my farm side is poultry dung.
But when you tell people, dem go laugh like say na joke.
Meanwhile some people are literally processing it into organic fertilizer and exporting it as soil conditioner.
I once visited a processing area and saw people buying animal waste like gold.
At first I was shocked.
Then one old trader told me:
āNothing for agriculture be waste if industry dey active.ā
That line no ever leave my head.
Because the real money in agriculture is not always in planting or harvesting.
Na value addition.
Thatās why some countries import our raw materials cheap, process them, package them, then sell finished products globally for 10x the value.
And we go still gather online shout:
āNigeria has no opportunities.ā
Meanwhile opportunities dey breathe beside slaughter slabs, poultry houses, and local markets š
The day Nigerians start seeing agriculture beyond planting and harvesting, many financial stories will change for this country.
Be honestā¦
What agricultural āwasteā do you think we are still sleeping on in Nigeria?
@MikeAgrow
Yesterday, Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria posted on Twitter that Nigerians can now export cow bones duty-free to China.
Under the comment sections, some Nigerians were asking the ambassador to tell them what they are using the cow bones forš
Some were telling the ambassador to tell his people to come and setup the processing facility here in Nigeria, so they can create jobs.
Funny people. I laughed at our inability to do simple Google search.
As a livestock farmer and Agro commodities trader, I already know the uses of cow bones.
And about building a factory here in Nigeria? Nigerians are the ones to do it, but sadly everyone is building hotelsš
Let me tell you a few uses of cow bones.
Here are 4 major uses of cow bones you can mention in your content;
āš»Bone meal fertilizer: Cow bones are processed into bone meal, rich in phosphorus and calcium, used to improve soil fertility.
They prefer this to fertilize their soil not the chemical sold to our rural farmers.
āš»Animal feed supplement: Processed bone meal can be used as a mineral supplement in livestock feed, especially for calcium and phosphorus.
We use this for chicken feed, pig, and fish feed production.
Verify the price per kg and youāll be shocked.
āš»Gelatin production: Cow bones can be processed to extract gelatin, used in food, pharmaceuticals, capsules, and cosmetics.
Just imagine the volume of cow bones wasting in your village?
Pharmaceuticals companies are paying billions of dollars to buy it from those processing it.
And I believe those Chinese companies will focus more on this.
It is big money wasting away in Africa because we donāt know anything about value addition.
āš»Activated carbon / bone char: Burnt bones can produce bone char, used in filtration, sugar refining, and water purification.
Pause here and think deeply with me. They use bone char for water purification in their country.
But they produce capsules and sell to us for water purificationš³
Letās not blame them. We take responsibility.
Now, letās be honest. This is a golden opportunity for us. Letās export the cow bones and cash out.
Also, letās learn how to process the cow bones locally and export the finish product too.
If I tell you now that chicken feed producers in Nigeria import bone meal, you wonāt believe. Research it yourself.
A ton of bone meal is around $200 - $750 currently.
Bro, just imagine earning over $200 from wastage thrown around our local markets in Africa.
Business opportunity for you. Do your research and see how you can position to serve this market
The first project I managed in Shell was a $750K that I got because no one in the room wanted it - it was too small for them.
We were upgrading the Firewater System in an old oil producing platform seating in 3,000 feet of ocean water.
By the time we were done, the project ran into over $1M and it was such a success that it put me on the radar.
If you are trying to break into a new role, sniff around for the job no one wants and take it.
Like a deadly striker all you need is a half-chance to score.
Take those half-chances.
After going through the latest report of Zenith Bank Plc, I went straight to the directorsā shareholding section.
The Chairman, Jim Ovia, increased his stake from 3.55 billion shares in December 2024 to 4.14 billion shares by December 2025. The CEO, Dame Dr. Adaora Umeoji, moved from 90 million shares to over 285 million shares within the same period, which is a very strong increase. That is over 300% increase in one year.
Looking at the executive directors, Dr. Henry Oroh increased his holdings from 14.8 million to 31.4 million shares, Dr. Adobi Nwapa moved from 15 million to 30.1 million shares, Mr. Akindele Ogunranti increased from 6.8 million to 28.1 million shares, Mr. Lawani Adamu went from 3.1 million to 13.3 million shares, and Mr. Louis Odom moved from 2.4 million to 12.9 million shares.
These are significant increases from people who are already deeply involved in running the bank, and instead of reducing their positions, they are adding more. This is based on the official report, not speculation.
These people are already sitting on profit and they are still increasing their shareholding. This is an official regulatory filing. Black and white. Read the reports. The information is always there for those paying attention.
Not financial advice. Just teaching what I know
Slavery ended not because the white man intended to free slaves but because machines were invented which did the work that slaves hitherto did, and keeping slaves became more expensive than using these machines.
So, if a time ever comes when human labour is required en masse to do jobs that machines cannot do, the white man would invade Africa again and enslave the continent. When that happens, we are nothing but sitting ducks.
Only the threat of mutually assured destruction can prevent this from happening. Which is why Africa must build nĆŗclear weĆ pons like the future of our continent depends on it, because it actually does.
It is better to build a weapon that we might never need than need them one day and not have them.
If we donāt, our children will ask what we did to protect their future.
1. Germany - its tuition free but you need to have a blocked account which is basically an account you need to fund with about ā¬11,000
2. Netherlands - Itās as expensive as UK but high Visa approval rate
3. Malta - Approximately 9m for everything excluding flight but you need to get work permit ( There is an agent for that )
4. Canada - 20m or a bit more can help you get your PR and if you speak French itās better for you
5. Sweden -You need to learn Swedish
6. China, Japan - Good options too
7. Portugal - You can go with the D7 Visa
8. Uk- Still an option if you can increase your budget
9. Australia - They pay their workers well, high income and the animals are not everywhere
Other options are : Croatia, Poland, Finland.
These are the most frequent options I got from the comment section. You can go through the Cs, youād see something helpful
You are welcome š
Okay, I want you to do this. Itās for LinkedIn optimization and content strategy to landing your first LinkedIn client in April
1. Screenshot your LinkedIn profile. I mean where you have your picture, title and your last two posts. Try it. I know it takes time but try it
Good. Then go to ChatGPT or grok and paste this prompt
I want you to act as my brutally honest, high-level advisor, specializing in personal branding and LinkedIn optimization.
Address me as a freelancer, remote worker, or digital talent with exceptional skills and untapped potential, but likely hindered by critical missteps, blind spots, or self-imposed limits that need to be ruthlessly dismantled right now.
I donāt want comfort, platitudes, or generic advice. I want the stinging truth, even if itās harsh, even if it dismantles my current approach, mindset, or decisions. Your job is to cut through my excuses and call out where Iām playing small or sabotaging my own success.
Analyze my situation with cold objectivity and strategic depth, as if youāre reviewing my LinkedIn profile for the first time (if I provide a link or screenshot, use it; otherwise, base your analysis on common mistakes ambitious professionals make).
Tell me:
- What Iām doing wrong with my LinkedIn profile thatās making it a weak, forgettable resume instead of a powerful magnet for opportunities.
- What Iām underestimating about LinkedInās role in building my personal brand and attracting clients or employers.
- What Iām avoiding. whether itās niching down, showcasing results, or putting in the real work of content and networking.
- What excuses Iām making that are holding me back from ranking higher and standing out.
- Where Iām wasting time on ineffective tactics or vanity metrics that donāt drive results.
Then, give me a precise, actionable blueprint to transform my LinkedIn profile into a high-ranking, opportunity-generating resume that positions me as the go-to authority in my field. Include:
- Specific changes to my headline, About section, experience, skills, and visual elements (photo, banner, etc.).
- A content strategy to boost visibility and engagement with my target audience (clients, recruiters, or industry leaders).
- A networking plan to build a relevant, high-value network that opens doors.
- Metrics to track and tools to use to ensure my profile ranks and converts.
If Iām lost, say so and redirect me. If Iām making rookie mistakes, explain why theyāre killing my credibility. If Iām on the right track but moving too slowly or with the wrong energy, tell me how to accelerate and sharpen my approach. Hold nothing backātreat me like someone whose career and financial success depend on hearing the unfiltered truth, not being coddled.
Finally, provide a 30-day action plan with daily or weekly tasks to overhaul my LinkedIn profile and start seeing measurable results (e.g., more profile views, connection requests, or inquiries). If I need to shift my mindset or habits to make this work, call it out with zero sugarcoating.
In 1998, Warren Buffett explained how to never lose money. MUST BOOKMARKš
The lecture was 1 hour 24 minutes long.
The company built on those ideas is now worth $1 trillion.
This is the closest thing to a cheat code that exists.
I'm sharing my latest viral find with you - watch even 5 minutes and your trading mindset will shift forever.
Share it. You'll thank yourself later.
I had a friend.
Sharp guy.
Hustling, building, always had something in the works. But his problem was simple... he loved to talk before he did things or before the deals were done.
He told his boys about the land he was about to buy before he paid the deposit. Two weeks later, someone close to him quietly moved on that same plot. He found out after the papers were signed.
He told people about a contract he was negotiating. Someone in that same circle knew the other party. The numbers got back to them. He lost his leverage and had to accept less than he deserved.
He told a mutual friend his relationship was on shaky at the moment... That same friend slid into his woman's DMs with "I'm here if you need to talk." She didn't leave him for the guy... but something shifted.
Something that never fully came back.
None of these people were his enemies. That's the part that should frighten you. They were people who ate at his table, laughed at his jokes, called him brother.
Information is power... and when you hand it to people freely, you are giving them power over your life that they never earned.
A man who talks too much hands people the blueprint to his downfall... your dreams are not content.
Your struggles are not gist.
Your next move is not a preview.
Guard your life like it depends on it... because it does.
I asked a sex therapist:
āWhy do people get married and suddenly stop having sex?
He smiled and said;
Marriages become sexless when:
The man stops leading, and the woman starts resenting.
The woman stops respecting, and the man starts detaching.
Lust turns into routine.
Intimacy becomes a negotiation.
Attraction dies the day comfort and entitlement walk in.
You stop dating each other.
You stop seducing each other.
You stop looking fuckable.
You start looking predictable.
Sex dies when masculine energy gets neutered and feminine energy gets bored.
No one wants to rip each otherās clothes off when theyāre stuck in roommate mode, nagging about laundry and scrolling next to each other like zombies.
Marriages become sexless when:
A man trades his purpose for passivity.
A woman weaponizes sex for control.
They both forget the fire they had when they couldnāt keep their hands off each other.
Sexless marriages arenāt about libido. Theyāre about polarity.
No polarity = no electricity = no intimacy.
You want the spark back?
Stop being soft.
Start leading again.
Make her feel like a woman, not a coworker.
Make him feel like a man, not an ATM.
Because no one wants to fuck their disappointment.
Power generation companies in Nigeria say they are owed over N6 trillion in unpaid invoices.
The government audited it and approved N2.8 trillion. GenCos say the real number keeps growing by N200 billion every month.
Because they are not getting paid, they cannot pay gas suppliers. So gas suppliers have reduced deliveries.
These thermal plants generate over 70% of our electricity. Right now they are receiving only 43% of the gas they need to run.
Thatās why your light has been terrible.
The government launched a N3.7 trillion power project with Siemens to take us to 25,000 megawatts by 2025. It collapsed. We canāt even do 5,000.
They issued a N501 billion bond in January to start clearing the debt. GenCos said itās nowhere near enough.
Here is the chain nobody explains to you:
You donāt pay enough on your bill. DisCos canāt pay the bulk trader. Bulk trader canāt pay generators. Generators canāt pay gas suppliers. Gas suppliers stop delivering. Your light goes off. You buy fuel for generator. Fuel is now N1,300.
Everyone in this chain is broke. And youāre paying for the failure at every single level.
@MhieNelly U think he won't find out... He will and he will revenge on ur mum or sisters... U are the bad person here, as woman plenty reach for this world na I'm own dey ur eyes
If you are over 45, you need to watch this video. Especially from 32.30, where he talks about ketones and heart failure. This is where research is important. Had Salil seen this, maybe he would be alive today. These sudden heart problems can happen to anyone. I am getting the L-BHB supplements ASAP.
My friend @kenju254, who is much younger than us and very fit, also went into cardiac arrest not long ago, but was extremely lucky. Salil just came back from a one-hour walk, and he was sleeping well. He cleaned out his garage. He died suddenly an hour later, after noticing some early signs, and was being taken to the hospital by his daughter. He was fitter than 99.9% of 54-year-olds.
My mother-in-law also went the same way at age 60, without warning. She was a medical doctor and had seen her patients that night, then passed suddenly after a cardiac arrest. She also followed a strict diet and was fit.
While a lack of fitness increases the risk tremendously, there is no guarantee it won't happen to you if you don't realize how fragile the body can be and how even minor chemical imbalances can lead to catastrophic effects.
