Let’s be completely honest with ourselves for a minute.
How many times this week have you ignored your body’s check-engine light just to push through another shift, another consultation, or another ward round?
We are trained to put everyone else first. We sacrifice sleep, skip meals, and treat our own physical and mental exhaustion as "part of the job."
Rest is not a reward, it is a right!!!
You cannot give what we do not have. Burning ourselves to the ground doesn't make us better doctors; it just leaves our hospitals understaffed when we inevitably crash.
Let’s start holding each other accountable for taking breaks. Your patients need you, but they need you healthy, whole, and rested.
@nard_nigeria Town halls these days no longer end with mere discussions — they conclude with elevated morale, unwavering militancy all the way, and a renewed collective resolve.🙌🏽😈
DAY 22 OF OPERATION TICS
Dear Nigerians,
They called your doctors militants
But is it militancy to ask for light in hospitals?
To demand working equipment?
To request fair pay for work already done?
To refuse silent acceptance of a collapsing health system?
If standing for your right to live…
If demanding safe hospitals…
If rejecting neglect…
makes us militant,
Then we are militants for humanity.
Militants for life.
Militants for a better Nigeria.
We remain peaceful.
We remain resolute.
Stand with us. Demand better.
Hold your leaders accountable.

“I was forced to become the woman who learned to rise — to piece it all together, no matter who stayed or left.
So trust me when I say, strength isn’t what I found… it’s what I became.”
strength doesn’t wear armor on me… it flows quietly beneath my skin.”👑🖤✨
I beg you, in the name of Allah, to repost this tirelessly, let this be in history.

No one can be expected to jump into a field and immediately master it. The Sunnah constantly emphasizes the importance of gradual learning and teaching. We must remember to apply this prophetic tradition in both our secular and religious lives.
