@ABTAtravel they are replying back but denying any issues and will not assist me. It surely can not be within guidelines to send travellers to a hotel with no running water?
@ABTAtravel I have a booking with @TUIUK the hotel has issues with water. They had none at all for almost week last week!! They sold me this holiday whilst these issues were ongoing. They will not budge on changing accommodation. Where do I stand? Running water is a must!!!

@AdmiralUK No thanks. After the conversations this morning we are changing providers! It was appalling! And I hope as we are told conversations are recorded the calls are listened to. We were actually told to cancel and take out a new policy! As if it was too much work for your staff!
@AdmiralUK absolutely appalling customer service this morning on the telephone!!! Two staff who can NOT understand what we are asking for!!! Change car details, change to fully comp and increase voluntary excess on a current policy!!!
@SkyHelpTeam We are awaiting someone from management to contact us, so unless you can expedite that then there is nothing you can help with! Our sky glass tv is faulty and for some reason no one seems to want to accept this or act with our contract YOU sent to repair or replace!
Anyone help?Currently have sky glass, 3 month old. Tv not connecting to internet, puck upstairs works fine, contract states 24 month warranty, fighting with @SkyHelpTeam despite @CitizensAdvice regarding consumer rights act. Sky in breech of contract. How do I proceed?
@CitizensAdvice I have already had advice on consumer rights act, can they help us proceed with legal action? Sky are in breech of contract and acting outside of the consumer rights act.
@SkyHelpTeam No thanks, I have already been told your social media team have limited access and limited action on the accounts so no point! We are waiting for a manager to contact us, saying that we have been waiting 4 days! All going against you for our legal action!
@SkyHelpTeam really starting to get naffed now!!!! There is nothing wrong with my internet. I have however rebooted router and turned tv off and on again and still got issues!!!
