People ask why I still run Apex Legacy accounts when newer plans exist.

Because the rules force discipline.

30% consistency - no one big day carries you
8 min trading days - you have to show up
$52,600 safety net - protect the account first
5 days $50+ profit - prove you're consistent

Every green checkmark is earned. That's the point.

And the part most retail traders don't get - the MAE violation isn't punishment. It's protection.

When you hit a violation your trading days and profitable days reset. Sounds harsh right? But it forces you to rebuild buffer before you can withdraw again. You can't just blow through drawdown and cash out the same week.

It makes you slow down, trade smaller, and stack consistent days. That's how you survive long term in this game.

The rules aren't against you. They're the reason funded accounts last.
