I think I’ve found a new way of being efficient and focused. Reading while walking on the treadmill. Burned like 300ish calories and knocked out 100 pages in about an hour. May be the only way I can get through and stay focused on books from now on 📖 🚶🏻‍♂️

One of the best experiences I’ve had camping so far! Everyone at the campsite was awesome. Made a new friend who is a beast of a trail runner/hiker. Highly recommend camping at a national park if you can! I was actually well prepared for the most part. Fearing grizzlies upcoming!
