Today is my 32nd birthday.
Over the last month, I asked several 90-year-olds what advice they would give to their 32-year-old selves.
Here's the life advice everyone needs to hear:
Your life is too short to spend even a moment as anyone other than your truest self. Do not waste your precious time lowering yourself to meet the expectations of others.
One of the things that made it hard to recognize ADHD and Autism in myself is that so much of the criteria focuses on how others view you, and not enough on how you experience being yourself.
I've come to realize that I use rearranging my furniture as a way to assert control over my environment when I feel like things are out of control. After 2 weeks cleaning out my dead dad's hoarder house and stress about war overseas... Hello new living room layout! ๐
Finances have been really rough lately and Iโm struggling so Iโm taking some comic sketch cover commissions. $400, fully painted. Attached are some of the blanks I have and examples/WIPS of current works. DM or email me if interested.
Any shares are super appreciated. ๐
