@BBCWorld The protest was mainly against corruption, not social media ban.Not reporting the truth is also a violation of the people’s right to information.
So pissed at national & intl media! They’re calling Nepal’s protest about a social media ban, but the real fight was against corruption. Misreporting truth violates people’s right to info. Media failed to cover the essence - unacceptable!
Wasn’t worried about Facebook or X shutting downuntil I saw Hamro Patro on the list. How will I get notified about the day or date, or check my raj yog while I’m biraj on my bed, scrolling feeds all day? Bro, I’m literally berojgar and didn’t even grab a calendar from the bank.
The government decides to shut down social media… finally, my zero messages and zero notifications have gone national policy.

A heartbreak in the end - but what a thriller it was! Nepal's 100th T20I match, and truly an unforgettable one. How often do you witness a match going into a third Super Over? Only Nepal can deliver such near-cardiac moments and jaw-dropping surprises. What a ride !
Each moment feels genuine, allowing the audience to immerse themselves fully — as if present alongside the characters.
In its genre, Unko Sweater truly stands out. It is heartfelt, beautifully crafted, and emotionally resonant. A must-watch. Highly recommended!
The film is a visual and emotional treat. The scenic beauty perfectly complements the narrative, while the background score and song selections enhance every emotion portrayed on screen.
A common man tragically lost his life while doing his job. Hundreds of others stood by, terrified for their safety, desperately trying to protect themselves from the chaos unfolding around them.
These protests, instigated by self-proclaimed leaders who have never been held accountable, were fueled by individuals misled by their rhetoric. So, who is truly responsible for the devastation and loss of life?
It’s cool to support your team, but why the disrespect toward others? You can cheer for your favorite without being sexist, classist, or racist.

Where is the safety of our citizens? Where is sustainable development? These questions plague me every time I travel the highways during this season. Yet, I know I, too, will forget soon. This cycle continues, time and again.
I am shaken to the core with all the news coming out. As Nepal's biggest festival approaches, our country is grappling with heavy floods and landslides in various regions. Lives have been lost, and countless people are affected.
Infrastructure development will be rushed at the end of the fiscal year, carelessly done just to exhaust the budget. Next year, calamities will strike again, and lives will be lost. Who cares? To the government, these lives seem to matter little. Where are the regulatory bodies?
