this kind of pathetic experience not only hampers the hospital's experience but the experience in overall being an insurer, aggregator or the health industry.

@rapidobikeapp@police_haryana@cmohry This is to highlight an incident of 15th Jan 25 of a horrible and criminal offence by a Rapido driver. He asked me to pay extra and when i denied he locked me in the cab and abused me, threatened me and harassed me. #shameonrapido
