Been a loyal @CRED_club user since 2019, but I’m officially done.
The rewards have devolved into a massive cognitive load. Unlocking "rewards" just to get spammed with useless affiliate links and discount codes is exhausting. The rewards team has completely over-complicated it.
@Cashfree has held our company funds for 123+ days.
We were told the hold period under their “risk policy” was 120 days. We cooperated fully, submitted everything required, and waited patiently.
Now even after the timeline has passed, the funds are still blocked.

@Swiggy since when you guys support frauds, I ordered cake for my friend on her birthday and the delivery guy never delivered the cake and marked the order canceled stating that address is wrong. Which is completely bullshit.

@YESBANK absolutely unacceptable experience with your credit card services.
My card was blocked citing “suspicious activity.” I requested unblocking 4 times, and every time your team promised it would be resolved in 3 working days — which never happened.
Now I’m being told the card may be closed due to a 90-day block as per RBI rules, while it’s still not even properly resolved. This kind of misinformation and delay is frustrating and unprofessional.
Stop playing such games with customers. This has been my worst banking experience.
