@SuperKicksIndia I have written over 10 emails for an exchange / return request that was approved but no pick up has happened. As a result I have gone into an email loop with customer support that is going nowhere. Please help

@Miles_and_More it’s the most painful experience to contact your customer support. Support agents hanging up on calls, not closing a conversation and no email id to share one’s request ia particularly frustrating ! Doesn’t feel like a loyalty program.
