The secrets to effective & consistent profitability:
1) Adhere to a simple model.
2) Know what you want to make and it feeds you, leave something on just in case you were wrong about how much more.
3) Don't ask others for opinions, analysis or tips.
4) Manage Risk impeccably - ALWAYS.
5) Don't chase new things after you found your model.
6) Allow others to hold opinions - even if they are diametrically opposed to yours.
7) Unless you run a signal service, keep your opinions to yourself.
8) Make your bread, eat and go live for the day and find ways to bless others with it.
Anything else is BS.
Listen,
If you are:
Broke
Drunk
Newly Divorced
Bitter with life's dealings with you
Can't study and stick to a process and learn...
Don't comment to me.
I don't care to entertain low energy people.
Good Morning...
Just a reminder, if a company markets to you payouts, you work the balance up to reach said payout, then to only rug pull you and deny the payout opportunity and label it as a reward repackaged as "Live"...
Ditch em. That is fraud, its theft and blatant robbery.
They want you to lose... stop enriching these thieves.
Eventually there will be enough victims that come together and by class action, then they will payout in a different manner.
More of you are learning how to trade and this makes the "demo-prop" model unsustainable. If they have to change the rules to prevent you from making a profit, there is no other definition of F.R.A.U.D.
Stop wasting real money on these things, open a live broker account with a regulated broker and trade 1 single micro and do far better and starve these leeches.
Post Holiday Trading Protocol:
If a holiday falls on any weekday, the following Monday is a standard business day, trade accordingly.
If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, Monday following this event, tends to be trash.
I just told Calub we are waiting for 10am ET, to determine if we are engaging at all.
Lecture after.
Be safe.
What Makes Taking Losses Scary?
The absence of a sound trading model and impeccable Risk Management.
You fear losses, because you don't know your model, it's efficiency and yourself.
You will lose, given enough opportunities trying.
A sound model in the hands of a capable, sober-minded Trader, that employs impeccable Risk Management, prevents fear of losses; and replaces it with concern over KPI's.
The more you know...
Train yourself to see it, find them in hindsight, learn to identify them in past price action, move to tapereading live price action, then to demo executions... in time it clicks.
You have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable in the first phase of your learning. No shortcuts.
As a Trader, you will eventually mature into the mindset that all of your actions, planning, lifestyle changes are moving you towards a life without Trading.
Eventually, you will get the epiphany that your task is to get to a net worth that removes the need to trade. Your money works for you, on autopilot.
No real estate, no businesses, no employees, no sales, no concern for competition, no energy wasting pursuits for significance.
Fixed income on a well-earned knot... most never get this.
Be the exception, work towards it.
Age is irrelevant
If someone got his first supercar at 25,
You shouldn't downplay your situation and compare your "future position" with his
Accept that only the present matters
And that you should aim to have a supercar as fast as possible
Comparing age is a sign of low IQ
Only that matters is if you are right with God
Whatever you have to do, stay close to him
Thru your ups and downs always go to him no matter how much shame you feel
GO TO HIM 🙏❤️
I am too blessed to be depressed. Too grateful to be hateful. Too happy to be snappy. Too glad can't be sad. Too anointed to be disappointed.
My life gets longer, my faith gets stronger.
Only 1% of millionaires in the world are under the age of 35
99% of them are OLD MEN
Don't believe the bullshit that everyone is rich and young and successful
It's not true
The average millionaire is a guy living in Michigan with a house and 2 cars and some stocks
Hard for the sake of hard is just ego.
Pain that leads nowhere builds nothing.
Choose struggle that compounds into a better life, better health, better character.
