Sunshine, team games, conversations and some brilliant young people at @BellahoustonAc.

Our mentors, @LisaAnne031 and @LeeDavidson33 🦋 were in delivering Kitbag sessions and staff training as part of the transition support for young people moving from primary into high school.

We took it outside, built some connections, had a few laughs, and gave the young people a chance to get to know the team they’ll be working with.

Transitions matter. Starting that relationship early matters even more.

Proud that our team have had this opportunity another year to help build those connections.

They share how the space makes them feel safe, listened to, and understood, and how the time they spend here helps them build confidence, navigate challenges, and feel more hopeful about themselves and their futures.

Our bothy is more than a place; it's a calm, supportive environment where young people can be themselves, be heard, and take positive steps forward at their own pace.
