@BestBuySupport I wasn't able to get a pick up schedule because no one will take me off of hold

[Brynn K @bekernan]

@BestBuySupport no you didn't but you won't send someone to come get it until tomorrow - your representatives are horrifyingly rude

[Brynn K @bekernan]

@BestBuy you have the worst customer service in the world. Sold me a broken tv - won't come pick it up and am now on hold for the 45 mins

[Brynn K @bekernan]

@GDLA why is it hard to believe that kacy catanzaro is the toughest woman ever? Ugh get with the program it's 2014

Engage 2014 was pretty sweet - watching homegrown with this guy @EGrunden #Engage14 #ENGAGEselfie #circleRranch

[Brynn K @bekernan]

@dkhos your company has horrifyingly bad customer service. #Expedia really has gone down the tubes. I personally thank you for ruining today

[Brynn K @bekernan]

@Expedia you suck so much.

[Brynn K @bekernan]

@Expedia your customer service is horrible. Not only did you book my flight for a month after I requested I've now been on hold for an hour
