When your 15 year old visually impaired son is left standing trying to get home at a bus stop in Norwich as a @FirstBusnews driver refuses him on his concessionary bus pass saying it’s someone else’s buss pass and the pic doesn’t look like him!!

@FirstBusnews I was shocked and disgusted tbh. I have emailed all this information to your contact details. Norwich to Wymondham 18:00 15A from St Stephen’s bus Reg SK65 PXB driver number 514588 I get this information as I was waiting at the stop the other end to question driver.
