Imagine this, an UberEats driver mistakenly delivers my order to the wrong address, assures me they’ll resolve it, then simply marks the order as complete. Now I’m not eligible for a refund. How is this fair, @Uber_Support?????
@UberUKI_Support easily takes the award for WORST customer service. Completely unresponsive, prioritising their shit drivers over customers. No surprise they’re constantly pushing discount codes, the only way to keep people using the app because they scam the customers anyway

@RedSpctr @Uber_Support Yeah I’m never ordering from them again, I even have uber one looool. 2nd time now this has happened where I’m being blamed for the driver’s incompetence!!!!
@RedSpctr @Uber_Support What im struggling to understand is how they can’t access basic messages exchanged between the driver and I? It’s literally all documented by text. I know for next time now never to give drivers another chance. Idiots
@RedSpctr @Uber_Support That’s the conversation between the driver and I!!!!!! I stupidly gave him a chance to retrieve it cos he looked stressed. And he took the absolute piss
