1/ Depending on the nature of the agreement and its detailed rules, this so-called "Agreement...on the Filling of GERD and the Rules of Its Operations" has a potential to become a disguised water sharing scheme that accepts the unfair Colonial era arrangement.

1/ The Constitution says every nation, nationality or people can form its own country let alone its own region. That is the elephant in the room. Instead of reforming the system @AbiyAhmedAli 's PP got in the bussiness of giving some groups a region while denying others.
