#Ethiopia: The new Civil Societies & Charities Law, Civil Society Procl'n No. 1113/2019, is published by Fed. Negarit Gazette. Accordingly the revised law has entered into force as of the date of its publication. Ethiopia's former CSO law was criticized for being too restrictive.
