#3 Slowly reintroduce the "problematic food" I.E., dairy. Have a small serving of cheese or yogurt every other day for a week, if no symptoms, continue that for a month (4/5)
It’s OKAY if you’re eating habits don’t fit any “diet”: Keto, Vegan, Whole30, etc
I - and plenty of people I work with - eat meat, carbs, and the occasional gluten, dairy and added sugars.
All with great health. Both subjectively and objectively.

Your nutritional approach when you’re trying to get rid of disease, can be different from the nutritional approach you have when you’re trying to maintain health.
I.E., You shouldn’t have to be hyper-vigilant on avoiding added-sugars forever.
I wish probiotics were a panacea for gut health.
That would make my job so much easier.
But unfortunately it’s not that easy.
Take that $30-$50 you’d spend on a probiotic, and use it to try fruits and vegetables you’ve never tried.
