@jetten_j@HemaPreya We introduce social class as a central variable in the study of collective action against inequality, and we found that collective action was highly prevalent among the middle class, a group that is often overlooked in collective action research (4/n)
In our new paper, we find that marginalised group members evaluate allies more positively if (a) their allyship persists in the face of personal costs, and (b) they have little to personally gain from their allyship. @jarren @UQPsych https://t.co/nn9CyvSC7B
