For over 59 years our volunteers have provided emotional support. Now we too need support. Events cancelled due to #COVID19 mean significant shortfall in fundraising. As little as £5 helps us answer a call for help from someone when they need support most https://t.co/ovK8NSH80A
We're cheering on Charisse as she takes on the Boston Marathon to raise vital funds for mental health support. Donations like yours help ensure people are never alone in their darkest moments.
If you're able, please support:

Blue Monday? Actually, totally made up. Join us for Brew Monday instead 💪
If you do one thing today, reach out to someone you’re worried about and ask them how they’re really doing.
Let’s turn small into big talk over a brew. ☕💚
There will be many of you reading this who had such a hard time over the last year you really didn’t think you’d be able to make it through to see in a new one. But you’re here, and we’re beyond glad that you are. You matter so much more than you know.

You might feel OK one day and struggle again the next. We know suicidal thoughts can often come and go. So, you can always call us back if you need to. Whether that’s in 5 minutes, 5 days or 5 years.
Thank you to @Translink_NI supporting us with our outreach event over the weekend, raising awareness of our work with the community and beyond. We also raised almost £600 for the branch, so well done and thank you all 💚
