@greateranglia just had my delay repay rejected for 15th August from bishops stortford to stansted saying I wasnt delayed more then 15 minutes. No trains stopped for the airport in nearly 90 minutes. Is this a joke? I was very late for work.

[Bonnie @bell123321]

[Bonnie @bell123321]

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@arrivaessex Unfortunately it never arrived. After 14 hour shift wasnt ideal

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@arrivaessex Where is the 510 from stansted at 01:50? So many people waiting for it.

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@arrivaessex why did the 510 not pick up at riverside in bishops stortford to stansted this morning at 0220? It skipped it with no warning on app, daughter ended up being an hour late for work. Ive just had to get off 3 stops early coming back to stortford but driver doesnt know

[Bonnie @bell123321]

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@greateranglia Hi I tried doing a delay repay as I was effected by this resulting in being over 60 minutes late however got told today on my claim there was no disruption yesterday to this service. However my trains was cancelled

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@MrsAmanda229 @STN_Airport Stansted

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@arrivaessex can you assist riverside bishops stortford is out of action at 0220 for the 510 and 309 and signs say South Street. However both 0220 and 0320 did not come down south street. Where can I catch the bus from tomorrow?

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@greateranglia Around 1pm the prices quoted was on a Sunday

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@greateranglia why is it half the price to buy a return bishops stortford to stansted airport then a single airport to stortford? This is with a 16-25 railcard

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@CrossCountryUK hi any info on the leciester to stansted airport 1714 train? Previous one cancelled now this on delayed.

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@arrivaessex @arrivaessex neither 3am or 4am bus turned up.....

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@arrivaessex is 03:14 on 02/01/25 bus 510 running from stortford to stansted? Was 2 hours late on 27/12/24 as you decided not to run any early morning buses blaming special service even though 0314 runs on special service. Don't want to be 2 hours late again on 02/01/25 advice?

[Bonnie @bell123321]

@arrivaessex @arrivaessex and guess what....as I guessed the buses haven't turned up to timetable on 2nd Jan! Happened on 27th! Losing so much wages because of your unforseen circumstances
