I really don't think you know what you're talking about and are just trying to use this as a justification for why people should be okay with their works being stolen for AI.

Again, those TOS's are just broad usage rights so they have permission to host your posts. That's all.

And you're also blurring the line between archival posts and people's artwork, voices, music being stolen and used without consent, which is a violation of copyright.

@HostShinyoku @TheBigLADLE @KSlash18 @Arraveriii These LLMs didn't exist when those archives began. I don't think there's an inherent problem in archiving forums, especially with the breadth of knowledge they hold. The problem is that data then being stolen and used without people's consent.
