Sorry it’s a bit blurry!! I worked on generating all my energy to the ball and getting my hands to extension. I definitely felt myself getting better throughout the session and worked on placing the ball where it needed to be. Had a great strength workout with @BodyNMotion1 too ! Fall ball tournaments starts next weekend and I’m very excited and ready to compete.

In agility we worked on single leg power and balance. Working on generating equal force on both sides of the body!!

Thank you to the Indiana Gators organization @MarkLlo84231890 for putting together the Gators Day 2026 to kick off the 2026–2027 season! Today we welcomed new teammates, received our new uniforms for the Premier Lloyd team, and had an incredible surprise hearing from IU Head Coach @CoachStanton
My favorite part of the day was hearing Coach Shonda remind us that this game should be FUN and how important it is to build connections, play for each other, and work together as a team. @Gators14Luikart

Core work was built into every circuit to challenge stability, control, strength, and endurance from start to finish.
