If all the undocumented immigrants subject to the permanent bar of INA 212(a)(9)(C) and the 10 year bar of INA 212(a)(9)(B), who also had US citizen children over the age of 21, were able to obtain residence, 5 million people who are taxpaying, employed, and job creating immigrants would become "legal" residents.

The Permanent Bar is immoral. Remove the bar, fix immigration.
