Another reason I wanted to upgrade my seat @united !!! I am now squished in my seat cause the woman next to me is laid out and her husband thinks this lack of foot ware is ok. It’s not ok

The face of someone who has waited for @united flight 446 since 11am this morning. Someone who had a serious emergency surgery and tried to pay for an upgrade seat (im in pain) and was told no. Someone who just wants to go home . #NeverFlyingUnitedAgain

@JetBlue has never treated me the way @united has. If JetBlue knew I was in a wheelchair they would make sure I was comfortable. Because they KNOW proper customer service
