It's delusional to think they'd liquidate 82% of their assets, redirect it and essentially go all-in, with almost everything they own, on Donald Trump's America. Especially given the current context (remember what happened to Russia's assets?)

No responsible leadership would ever consider liquidating decades of carefully diversified investments to make what would amount to the largest and riskiest gamble in history.
