@Delta we are stuck in Paris CDG since yesterday morning as DL229 had tech issues. We are stuck again as DL9929 has issues. Many of us had to stay in terminal hotel as we don't have visa to get out. We haven't had fresh warm food since past 36hours.pls take care of us better!

@Delta and our agony continues. Waiting for hours to get a new boarding pass, cabin rooms in the hotel and vouchers thrown at us to go eat cold food. We are waiting to get our boarding pass without any food water. Pls note we haven't had lunch and it's 7pm!!!

Wonderful! Everyone at the counter now left saying they have to see their supervisor and no one to answer us in the counter . It's 8pm local time at Paris! No clarity on what's happening!

@Delta @Delta the least you guys could have done is to arrange lounge access and served us some hot food. This is a basic need !

@Delta DL9929 is cancelled! We have been asked to deplane,Non Schengen and non american passport holders are expected to see customer service again and wait for hours to get a cabin room and vouchers to eat cold food in the terminal outlets. This is not done!
