@katejsmith_ I also leak if I use flat base plates or soft convex. Dansac Nova Life convex bags (code 941-37) use a hard convex that does the trick for me. Might be worth a try depending on what your stoma nurse says.

@katejsmith_ Assuming it’s not a leak and you’re not allergic to the wafer on that particular bag, it may be that your skin is getting used to the bag. I had this and my stoma nurse recommended an anti-histamine (eg, piriteze) until it settled. It really helped.

@lisanandy Thank you for doing this. My 69 year old father is stuck in Istanbul and has been offered no realistic propsect of getting home. The best he was offered was a flight to Doha for £4,000 in economy with no certainty of an onward flight from there.
