I just hope the person whose medical records were switched with mine gets help too.

THEY cancelled my appt owing to no staff.
Then it turns out Southend CAN do this procedure.
I'm accused of cancelling the moorfields appt.
Wrong medical records send to Southend.
Total delay 7 months.
