🚨 | BREAKING: The Boehly-Clearlake ownership standoff is casting a longer shadow over #Chelsea’s future, with both sides unable to agree on the club’s direction.

Todd Boehly wants to buy out Clearlake Capital’s 61.5% majority stake, but the private equity firm has no intention of selling. Clearlake co-founder José Feliciano publicly said the club intends to win the Premier League “someday soon”, a vague timeline that alarmed supporters already frustrated by three years of turbulence.

The structural dysfunction matters because it affects everything downstream. Managerial appointments, transfer strategy, financial planning, and even dressing room culture are all harder to stabilise when the people at the very top are pulling in different directions.

One is fee amount it's too high.Bring cycle 4, by combining modules and expanding time frame per module to allow parents to look for fees.Two, loop in Helb to fund Tvet as per the new structure. a total of 8 modules. Total fee to complete Diploma is 376k within 2-3 years excluding food,accomadation etc. This is expensive more than some university degrees. Helb gives loan per year of about 20k.Numbers in Tvets will go down rapidly unless you order something drastic. 2/2.

@WilliamsRuto Mr President there's a very big fee issue in Tvets' bcoz of the new modularized CBET curriculum. Fee per module is 35k+3k exam fee +9k exam material fee. Total is over 47k.Each module takes 3 months to complete.Per year total fees is 141k.A level 6/Diploma has 1/2

@danaceda Those saying people with skills to unmount transformers work for kplc are displaying very shallow thinking. Are you aware that TVETs produce thousands of Artisan & Technician Electricians every year? Not to mention Engineers from Universities. Are they all employed by kplc?
