@HMRCcustomers Thanks, I’ve got an online account. I can confirm the estimated income seems correct. However when added together with my previous income - the final figure is much less than the figure you’ve noted. Which I can’t update.
@heydonworks @KLM a shame, it’s only when things go wrong I realise how appalling the customer service experience is across airlines. Feels almost deliberate so you just give up!
@heydonworks I think this sentiment can be applied to all airlines. I had to give up on EasyJet and DM their twitter to get URLs to forms, that exist nowhere on their website 🤦♂️
