@RyanJamesLoyd @efonekpo @briebriejoy I think you’re getting into the heart of it and we all know it. I’m probably voting cornel because voting for the lesser evil democrat is only getting us closer towards the end. Hopefully we can build power and change the political systems.
@archiopoli2@anthonyzenkus Even if you believe that wholeheartedly, then what really devalues the currency more, the hoarding of billions of dollars in profits by the 1% or people getting an education. Go yell at some CEO’s using their “business jet” on personal flights or something dude.
@archiopoli2@anthonyzenkus The average cost of an Ivy League school is 60,000 dollars a year. The highest relief any single person could get was 20,000. Tell me how does 20,000 dollars pay off 4x60,000?
@towerofbadger @DarikClevinger@wisconsin_now I think it’s more relevant how we move forward, than looking backwards. But answer my question and I’ll answer yours
@DarikClevinger @towerofbadger @wisconsin_now So what republican policy are getting us closer to that? Is it the ending of child care subsidies, working to keep family leave short/nonexistent, or is it moving the retirement age up?
@WillFlandersWI@wonky Theses numbers are before the most recent budget. Also I don’t know about you but I prefer my tax dollars to go to public services that can be held accountable rather than charter schools who have a history of corruption and mishandling of funds.
@WillFlandersWI@wonky At least be honest with your amounts. Wisconsin public school spend an average of 12,000 pets student. In some places it’s even less than that. https://t.co/KBdlE3iMnD
