Hey @AmazonUK I think I’ve sussed why your deliveries aren’t always getting delivered. Subtly left on a main building with literally thousands of people walking past daily.

PS when can I expect this contact within 48 hours that started 12/08/2021?

@AmazonHelp Hey @AmazonUK guess who STILL hasn’t replied after 12 days with a missing delivery? Customer service is diabolical, clearly no-one cares and leaves the customer to chase them - despite being £100 out of pocket!!

Your email sent at 06:55 was also sent 3 times yesterday.
