@jumpjim I’ve had three great flight deck experiences with my kids with BA in the last year or so. Always asked after the flight and crew have been very happy for us to go in and chat, even when on a tight turnaround. This guys experience is clearly not the norm

@CountrysideBen It’s just done that now here near Inverness! Windows all steamed up on the outside. Been in Aviemore/Cairngorm base today and was warm air above about 300m, cold below that.
