@PaulSkallas I loved living in NYC. It was dirty, hellish, expensive, invigorating, exciting, creative and in every way alive.
It was also killing me. Now, I'm in Austin. Have been for quite some time. Again, I'm ready to leave for the rural lifestyle I prefer.

@Joeycules It is very much out and affecting my client's operations across much of the state. They are in HVAC, so needless to say their operations are critical to the health and safety of Texans.
