@TheCyberdevil I know it's unlikely to happen but a soundtrack release of SJA would be great. Many of the tracks from Sam and Dan Watts were just as good as Murray Gold's compositions on Who.
@BeverleyCrossed@Matthewbbbbbb Same as The Name of the Doctor. It's understandable they couldn't kill Hitler (in this case it was just quoting Mels) in the same way as the Doctor's name would never be revealed otherwise the mystery of the show is lost.
@jadexskywalker He seems lovely. RTD1 was brilliant and I'll always be thankful to him for introducing me to the show which changed my life. He agreed to let me interview him for a uni project which I'll always be grateful for but his recent decisions re Davros, the sonic were frankly bizarre .
@ProductionsJAW Makes me wonder whether RTD2 will remain as Season 1 & 2 or if they'll be amalgamated with the rest of New Who and become Series 14 and 15 (as most fans refer to them anyway) as when the show is revived again it'll inevitably be reset back to Series 1.
I know we are disappointed with Russell & RTD2.
But I can never turn on RTD1. It’s still my favourite era of the show and it was Russell at his best.
A relatable low budget down to earth made for the BBC drama series. All of that helped make RTD1 an huge success.
@SarahExSugababe@easstenders She's more like Dot these days who was much more pious and lambasting her husband Jim for doing all the same things (often alongside Patrick). It would be understandable if Patrick was actually losing more money than gaining but the fact he's thriving she should be pleased.
A wonderful end to a wonderful era. A truly remarkable era that will go down as one of #EastEnders’ greatest. The past three years have been superb - both new and yet inherently classic Walford. The awards speak for themselves. Chris Clenshaw understood the assignment. 🤍
Even if you’re a blind loyalist to the current state of Doctor Who, can you name a SINGLE scene in RTD2 that reaches this level of quality and production?
The portrayal of male friendship and platonic love between Phil and Nigel is beautiful.
Thank you #EastEnders for showing that friendship is as important as family.
Roman Kemp and Barney Walsh should have to thank their dads at the beginning of every show they're on to let everyone know how they got to where they are today.
