@AdamParsonz Decent take. The risk side is really undercooked. Imagine an LLM from an official government website giving tax advise that was wrong. Who is liable? If the websites information isn't able to be relied upon, it is just one more unnecessary step to finding the info that you need.

Gene editing of tomatoes roughly halves their water demand (presumably increasing drought resistance as well) without sacrificing yield. This didn't involve transferring any genes from another species. As such, (if I understand current regulations correctly) this wouldn't be considered a GMO in the US.
