@TUIUK offering all inclusive holiday, which isn’t all inclusive. Then offer us £300 off a £4.8k booking when we spent over £600 per person on food & drink over 10 days. Shocking customer service too. Rep was based in another country too. Massive let down

To add to this, @TUIUK hotel was disgusting. Mould growing round our pool, rooms not even functioning properly. A huge list of issues and problems shown to them with 0 sympathy from customer service.
