Fantastic Aurora services today from STP to SHF and currently on way back to STP. Train crew fantastic and has made what is usually an uncomfortable journey much more enjoyable. The added bonus is that the train crew / revenue inspectors are getting younger and fitter 🤣
@c2c_Rail Thanks but I did, that’s the problem. Purchased travel card last night booking confirmation etc but touch points at station not working and ticket office couldn’t load and can’t load in app either but showing as confirmed.
@c2c_Rail you might have some issues this morning with contactless. Benfleet not working and when ticket office checks smart card booking is showing. Someone tried contactless payment and didn’t work either.

Just tried phoning and it says that there’s no issues but clearly there is as tv and broadband down
