・モデルは用途で分ける。Haiku=小さい作業と下働き、Sonnet=正確な修正、Opus=原因の見えないバグ、Fable=誰も解いたことのない問題
・今日使わない外部接続（MCP＝Claudeと外部サービスをつなぐ仕組み）は /mcp で切る。待機中でもタダではない
・gh・aws・gcloud のような普通のコマンドは、呼ばれた時だけ動くので最初に何も積まない
・重い調べ物は下働きのAIに渡す。読んだ中身は終わると捨てられ、報告だけ戻ってくる

動画の終盤はその測り方でした。設定に CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_TELEMETRY を1にして足すと、3つの数字が出ます。
キャッシュが効いている割合、1回のやりとりで送っている量、人ごとのモデル別コスト。
ひとりだけ全部Opus、ひとりだけキャッシュ4割、みたいな偏りがそのまま見えます。
ただ、数字が出てから慌てるより、先に「どこで安いモデルに降ろすか」の型を決めた人のほうが結局早い。
